The Center for Diversified Government Solutions (formerly Affiliate Services) provides great responsiveness to my Division’s HR needs.  They have an open-door policy to recruitment, posting, interviewing, and hiring.  I have found the team to be thoughtful and considerate to my own needs in terms of scheduling and finding the right fit.  In the last year, MPHI helped me to recruit and review nearly 1,000 resumes for 200 staff positions from contact tracers to IT project managers to managers.  They were flexible, considerate, and customer-orientated throughout.
