Senior Data Analyst

Heather Dykstra is a Senior Data Analyst and has been with CNPI since 2006. Ms. Dykstra is committed to helping states better understand and make more effective use of data collected during fatality reviews of infants and children in order to prevent future deaths. She assists with the management of the National Fatality Review Case Reporting System, a web-based system that is used in 47 states by 1300 teams to better understand how and why children die. Ms. Dykstra has a master’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cornell University. She is an avid soccer fan, cheering her kids from the sideline and strategizing ways to maximize her points in fantasy football.
